Services Offered

Rhodes K9 Academy offers the following services:

• Free Evaluation — a one-hour diagnostic session conducted via phone call or on-site visit to assess your dog’s behavior and training needs. This evaluation is provided at no cost and carries no obligation to purchase.
• Private Training Sessions — one-on-one sessions with Nicholas Rhodes conducted at a mutually agreed location.
• Group Classes — structured training classes conducted in a group setting.
• Board and Train — a program in which your dog stays with or trains intensively with Nicholas Rhodes for an agreed period.

Specific terms, schedules, and pricing for paid services will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of any program.

The Free Evaluation

The free evaluation is a diagnostic tool only. It is designed to assess your dog’s current behavior and help determine the most appropriate training path forward. Submitting a form to request a free evaluation does not guarantee an appointment and is subject to availability.

Rhodes K9 Academy reserves the right to decline service to any client or dog at its discretion.

Client Responsibilities

As a client or prospective client of Rhodes K9 Academy, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms or communicating with us
• Disclose any known behavioral history, health conditions, or aggression incidents involving your dog prior to any session
• Ensure your dog is current on required vaccinations prior to any in-person session
• Maintain control of your dog at all times during sessions unless otherwise instructed
• Follow through with training techniques and homework as directed between sessions
• Treat Nicholas Rhodes and any other participants with respect

Results Disclaimer

Dog training results vary based on the individual dog, breed, age, behavioral history, and the consistency of the owner in applying training techniques between sessions. Rhodes K9 Academy makes no guarantee of specific outcomes.

Our commitment is to provide professional, skilled, and consistent training guidance to give every dog and owner the best possible opportunity for success.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or termination of the training agreement at the discretion of Rhodes K9 Academy.

Specific cancellation and refund terms for paid programs will be outlined in your service agreement prior to the start of any program.

Assumption of Risk

Dog training involves working with live animals and carries inherent risks. By engaging with Rhodes K9 Academy’s services, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Dogs are unpredictable and may behave unexpectedly during training
• You assume full responsibility for your dog’s actions before, during, and after any session
• You are responsible for any property damage or injury caused by your dog
• Rhodes K9 Academy and Nicholas Rhodes are not liable for incidents caused by your dog during or outside of training sessions

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rhodes K9 Academy and Nicholas Rhodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, website, or any training program.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Communications Consent
